Our Story
Narayanamoorthy Info Tech Solutions, branded as NITS, established its operations in 2008, located in Kilpauk, Chennai, Tamilnadu – India. The company was founded and managed by a group of six business magnates and an IT professional. Two IT professionals later took over in 2012, which further turned to be a freelance company located in Arumbakkam, Chennai, Tamilnadu – India.
NITS was out of business in 2010 – 2011 due to recession and reorganized in 2012 as a freelancing company at Arumbakkam, Chennai, Tamilnadu – India, managed by two IT professionals operated with NIL employees to date.

Our History
The company name Narayanamoorthy Info Tech Solutions was inspired by our God Father named Mr. Narayanamoorthy Padmanaba. It is nowhere related to “Infosys” IT Industry and their founder “Mr. N.R.Narayana Murthy.” The company was founded and managed by six business magnates and an IT professional with 20 employees.
We started our operations in the year June 2008 at Kilpauk, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – India, with 20 employees including freshers and experience specialized in website development, software application development, marketing development, marketing management, office administration, front office administration, human resource management, accounting management, and customer support management.

Company Name Registration
Narayanamoorthy Info Tech Solutions (Prop: R.Suresh Babu) was initially registered as a Sole Proprietorship company in the year August 2008 under “Certificate of registration under Section 69 of the Finance Act, 1994 (32 of 1994) by “Office of the Commissioner of Service Tax / Service Tax Commissionerate” in the following taxable services namely “Information Technology Software Service and Maintenance or Repair Service.” The PAN is BPBPS0557K, and the Service Tax Code (Registration Number) is BPBPS0557KST001, and the location code concerning the registered premises or office is SF0202.
Narayanamoorthy Info Tech Solutions Private Limited received the PAN card in May 2009. The Income Tax department allowed the PAN “AADCN0529P”, but the Private Limited Company registration failed at Registrar of Companies ( ROC ) India due to various reasons.
